IGHHA SafeSport Policies are designed to address the following types of abuse and misconduct:
· Sexual Abuse

Refer to the USA Hockey SafeSport Program Handbook for complete definitions of these abuses and misconducts.

In the event that any IGHHA member observes any of the above described abuses and or misconducts it is the member’s personal responsibility to immediately report their observations to the IGHHA’s SafeSport coordinator.  In addition the member must also consider reporting suspected child physical or sexual abuse to appropriate law enforcement authorities.  IGHHA has a ZERO TOLERANCE for abuse and misconduct.
