Financial Assistance

Kevin Roche Memorial Assistance Fund

IGHHA Membership:

If you have not done so already, please consider submitting an application for the Kevin Roche Memorial Assistance Fund.  The Kevin Roche Memorial Assistance Fund was created as tribute to Kevin Roche, a former IGHHA board member, parent, and overall youth hockey enthusiast, who passed away in 2011 after a hard fought battle with cancer.  This program is intended to defray some of the costs of hockey for families facing a temporary financial hardship.

This program is made possible through a generous donation from the Roche Family specifically for this purpose.  An independent committee led by Wendy Roche will review applications.  For more details please see the attached application form, which can also be found on the IGHHA website at:  Kevin Roche Memorial Assistance Fund Application.  While applications are encouraged prior to registration, applications will be considered up to the start of the season.

If you think this program might be helpful to you, please review and complete the application form and forward to Wendy Roche at the address listed on the form.  Also, if you know someone who has dropped out of hockey due to a financial hardship, please feel free to forward the program details to them.

Thank you and Go Spartans!
